PO Cangelosi allegedly searched [redacted]'s belongings while waiting for the ambulance to arrive (Allegation B – Abuse of Authority - [redacted]).\n\nLater that day, at approximately 11:15 AM, after being released from the hospital, [redacted] returned to Union Square Park. At Union Square West and East 14th Street in Manhattan, a group of officers including Sergeant Ivan Nikishin, and Police Officers Michael Cangelosi, Mateusz Hader, Alexander Mengani, Joseph Carlucci, and Todd Craven, all of the 13th Precinct, approached [redacted].
