Jose Santory, PO Pasquale Dethomas, and PO John Olsen, all of Patrol Service Area 7, then stopped [redacted] car in front of 3310 3rd Avenue in the Bronx.\nSgt. Santory asked [redacted] \"How much marijuana do you have in the vehicle?\" (Allegation A: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]).\nPO Dethomas then asked, \"Did you smoke earlier today?\" (Allegation B: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]).\nA crowd of individuals, one of whom the investigation identified as [redacted] gathered on the adjacent sidewalk. Santory and Sgt. Bletcher gave [redacted] multiple commands to exit his car and did not exit his car.\nSgt. Santory, Sgt.
