The officers arrested [redacted] for driving with a suspended license and transported him to the PSA3 stationhouse. Police Officer Phillip Correale of PSA3 drove [redacted]'s vehicle to the stationhouse. At approximately 10 p.m. that same night, PO Souchak released [redacted] with a desk appearance ticket. As PO Souchak escorted [redacted] out of the stationhouse, he allegedly told [redacted] \"If I see you on the street, I know you're going to say 'Fuck you' to me, and I'm going to say 'Fuck you' back\" (Allegation A: Discourtesy, [redacted]).
