PO Rothenberg allegedly shoved [redacted] into a police van (Allegation B: Force, [redacted]).\n\n[redacted] was transported to the PSA 1 stationhouse. At the stationhouse, PO Rothenberg allegedly grabbed [redacted] by her right arm and pulled her out of the van (Allegation C: Force, [redacted]). PO Rothenberg then squeezed [redacted] s handcuffs (Allegation D: Force, [redacted]). PO Rothenberg brought [redacted] to the front desk and continued to squeeze [redacted] s handcuffs (Allegation D continued). [redacted] dropped to the floor due to the pain. PO Marte approached, and he and PO Rothenberg lifted [redacted] off the floor and both squeezed [redacted] s handcuffs tighter (Allegation D continued and Allegation E: Force, [redacted]).\n\n[redacted] was transported to [redacted] in Brooklyn to undergo medical and psychiatric evaluation.
