Police Officer Ebony Glover of the 120th Precinct attempted to issue a summons to [redacted] for smoking marijuana, but [redacted] walked away while carrying [redacted] backpack, and Police Officer Glover called for backup. Officers attempted to place [redacted] under arrest, and a struggle ensued over [redacted]'s backpack. [redacted] attempted to grab her backpack from Police Officer Glover, who then punched [redacted]'s hand as it gripped the backpack (Allegation A – Force: Physical Force, [redacted]). [redacted] placed his hand over [redacted]'s, and Police Officer Glover punched [redacted]'s hand and face (Allegation B Force: Physical Force, [redacted]).
