[redacted] eventually opened the door and Detective Silverio allegedly told her that the officers had to enter the apartment, so [redacted] allowed them to come inside (Allegation B: Abuse of Authority - Entry, [redacted]).\n\nInside of the apartment, Detective Silverio accused [redacted] of knowing an individual that he was looking for named, \"[redacted]\" (Board Review 01). When [redacted] denied knowing that person, Detective Silverio allegedly threatened to take [redacted] away from her and he allegedly threatened to arrest [redacted] if she did not admit to knowing [redacted] (Allegation C: Abuse of Authority - Threat of ACS, [redacted] (Allegation D: Abuse of Authority - Threat of Arrest, [redacted]).
