Lieutenant Steven Nichols of the 120th Precinct came to 85 Stuyvesant Place and attempted to break up the fight. He tackled [redacted] on the ground (Allegation A: Force, [redacted] put his arms around [redacted]'s chest while lifting him from the ground, causing [redacted]'s breathing to be restricted (Allegation B: Force, [redacted]). LT Nichols threw [redacted] to the ground (Allegation C: Force, [redacted]). LT Nichols told [redacted] \"Shut the fuck up\" (Allegation D: Discourtesy, [redacted]). [redacted] requested LT Nichols' name and badge number, and LT Nichols replied with the same profane statement (Allegation E: Abuse of Authority, [redacted], Allegation F: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]). LT Nichols' put his arm around [redacted]'s throat (Allegation G: Force, [redacted]).\n\nThen Sergeant Albert Ng and another officer and, shortly thereafter, PO Vincent McLaughlin and PO Olivia Scalici, of the 120th Precinct, arrived at the 85 Stuyvesant Place to assist LT Nichols. PO Scalici searched [redacted]'s bag (Allegation H: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]). [redacted] asked PO McLaughlin for his name and badge number, which PO McLaughlin did not offer (Allegation I: Abuse of Authority, [redacted], Allegation J: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]).\n\nThe officers walked [redacted] to the 120th Precinct stationhouse. During the walk [redacted] asked PO Scalici for her name and badge number, which she did not offer, and requested medical attention, which PO McLaughlin refused to obtain (Allegation K: Abuse of Authority, [redacted], Allegation L: Abuse of Authority, [redacted], Allegation M: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]).
