During the arrest, PO Coral Pena of the 41st Precinct began restraining [redacted]. A struggle ensued and PO Pena punched [redacted] and allegedly placed her in a chokehold (Allegation A: Force, [redacted]; Allegation B: Force, [redacted]). During the exchange, PO Pena used profanities and made offensive remarks to [redacted] (Allegation C: Discourtesy, [redacted]).
