[redacted] entered the front passenger seat of the vehicle and after about a minute, was stopped by three officers, identified as Detective Steven Cruver, Detective Joseph Spina, and Lieutenant Michael Raso, all of Strategic Response Group's Anti-Crime Unit (Allegations A – C: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]). Det. Cruver ordered [redacted] to exit his vehicle, then frisked (Allegation D: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]) and allegedly searched [redacted] (Allegation E: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]). Det. Cruver took [redacted] Is phone from [redacted] Is hand and allegedly cracked the phone (Allegation F: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]). [redacted] then stood at the rear of his vehicle while Det.
