[redacted] sat on the stairs, and Police Officer Cuadros allegedly pulled [redacted] by his cast, while Police Officer Vale allegedly pulled him by his shoulder (Allegations B and C – Force: Physical Force, [redacted]). [redacted] and [redacted] allegedly asked Police Officer Cuadros and Police Officer Vale for their business cards, but they did not provide any (Allegations D, E, F, G, H, I, J, and K – Abuse of Authority: Failure to Provide RTKA Card, [redacted]). [redacted] requested medical attention from an unknown officer, and the officers allegedly did not allow him to enter an ambulance that had arrived at the scene (Allegation L – Abuse of Authority: Refusal to Obtain Medical Treatment, [redacted]).
