PO Zucker and PO Temal used physical force against [redacted] who refused to leave the street, during the course of his arrest (Allegations A and B: Force, [redacted]). PO Vasquez and PO Messina pushed [redacted] who refused to move back from the area in which [redacted] was being arrested (Allegations C and E: Force, [redacted]) and PO Vasquez interfered with [redacted]s used of a recording device (Allegation D: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]). PO Messina hit [redacted] against a vehicle (Allegation F: Force, [redacted]). PO Messina told “Give me your fucking hands” (Allegation G: Discourtesy, [redacted]) while trying to handcuffs [redacted]. Officers allegedly pushed [redacted] to the ground after he was handcuffed (Allegation H: Force, [redacted]). PO Messina pushed [redacted] into the police vehicle (Allegation I: Force, [redacted]).
