PO Michael Hawk and PO [redacted] from the 69th Precinct, drove up towards the bench in an unmarked car. PO Hawk forcibly brought Mr. [redacted] to the ground and handcuffed him (Allegation A: Force, substantiated).\n\nMr. [redacted] and Mr. [redacted] were removed to the 69th Precinct stationhouse. Mr. [redacted] and Mr. [redacted] were released with summonses for unlawful [redacted] of marijuana (BR 08). Mr. [redacted] was treated by EMS while at the stationhouse and was removed to Brookdale Hospital Medical Center.
