[redacted] and the individuals were released without being arrested or issued summonses. Sgt. Elhaddad, PO Lovera, and PO Angeron did not provide [redacted] with business cards (Allegation J-L: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]). As the officers walked back to their vehicle, Sgt. Elhaddad allegedly called [redacted] a \"fucking pussy\" (Allegation M: Discourtesy, [redacted] Allegation N: Offensive Language, [redacted]) and [redacted] replied that he was going to have \"sex with [his] mother.\" Sgt. Elhaddad, PO Lovera, and PO Angeron approached [redacted] and PO Lovera asked for his identification.
