Sergeant Heriberto Hernandez, Police Officer Justin Ruiz, and Police Officer Giuseppe Oliveri, as well as additional officers, all from the 62nd Precinct, arrived on scene and entered [redacted] apartment and removed her to the hospital (Allegations A and B: Abuse of Authority- [redacted]). Sgt. Hernandez grabbed [redacted]'s hair (Allegation C: Force - [redacted]). PO Ruiz then took [redacted] to the ground, and PO Oliveri stepped on [redacted]'s right hand (Allegations D and E: Force - [redacted]). Sgt.
