PO Plumitallo and PO [redacted] exited the vehicle and stopped Mr. [redacted] (Allegations A-B: Abuse of Authority, substantiated). PO [redacted] strip-searched Mr. [redacted] (Allegation C: Abuse of Authority, substantiated). PO Plumitallo allegedly also searched Mr. [redacted] (Allegation D: Abuse of Authority, unsubstantiated). PO [redacted] punched Mr. [redacted] cheek (Allegation E: Force, exonerated). All three officers took Mr. [redacted] down to the ground (Allegations F-H: Force, exonerated).
