Frederick Manney, all from the 90 Precinct, stood outside of the entrance to [redacted]. PO Bazelais asked [redacted] and [redacted] to speak to [redacted] who was seen entering the apartment. PO Bazelais placed his foot in the door (Allegation A - Abuse of Authority: Entry of Premises, [redacted]). [redacted] responded that they would need a warrant to enter the apartment. During the entrance, PO Groth grabbed [redacted] and held on to her while officers entered the apartment (Allegation F - Force: Physical Force, [redacted]).
