Nasso, Sergeant Vincenzo DiMartino, and Detectives Steve Richards and Joshua Laveglia, all from the Warrants Section, forcibly entered and searched [redacted]'s apartment (Allegations C and D: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]), and threatened [redacted] and [redacted] with the use of force (Allegations E through H: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]).
