While inside the room, she attempted to take a picture of an informational poster on a wall, and Sergeant Roland Vilches of the Transit Anti-Terrorism Unit grabbed her phone out of her hand by pulling her arm back (Allegation A: Force, unsubstantiated; Allegation B: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]).
