Thompson came to [redacted] to speak with [redacted] initially refused to open the door for Det. Thompson. Det. Thompson allegedly told [redacted] that he had an arrest warrant and threatened to arrest [redacted] (Allegations A and B: Abuse of Authority – Threat of arrest, [redacted]) [redacted] eventually opened the door, and Det. Thompson and Sgt. Castle entered the apartment (Allegations C: Abuse of Authority – Entry of premises, [redacted] and Allegation D: Abuse of Authority – Entry of premises, [redacted] and Allegations E and F: Abuse of Authority – Search of premises, [redacted]). It was unclear which additional officers, NYPD or non-NYPD also entered the apartment. Inside, Det.
