Barhold stated, \"Get out of the fucking car now,\" and variations of, \"Get the fuck out.\" [redacted] alleged that PO Bergami told him to, “Open the fucking window... If you don't open the fucking car door, I'm going to beat your fucking ass... I asked you to open the fucking door,\" and that an unidentified officer told him to, \"Open the fucking door,\" as Sgt. Barhold and PO Bergami broke the front two windows of the vehicle. Once [redacted] exited, Sgt.
