Police Officer Brendan Hannon and Police Officer Lukasz Solis, also assigned to the 101st Precinct, responded to the location as well. PO Amador, PO Napoli, and PO Hannon pulled [redacted] out of his vehicle (Allegations A and B, Force, Substantiated; Allegation C: Force, [redacted]). PO Amador frisked and searched [redacted] (Allegations D and E: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]). PO Napoli and Sgt. Murray searched the driver's side of [redacted]'s vehicle (Allegation F and G: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]). Sgt. Murray and PO Solis searched the entirety of [redacted]'s vehicle (Allegations H and I: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]). [redacted] was subsequently taken to the 101st Precinct stationhouse.\n\nPO Amador issued [redacted] traffic summons [redacted] for failure to signal and traffic summons [redacted] for driving with an obstructed view (Board Review 01, 02).\n\n[redacted]'s civil attorney, [redacted], alleged that [redacted] sustained a fractured rib as a result of hitting the ground after the officers pulled him out of his vehicle (Board Review 03).\n\nIAB conducted a concurrent investigation into this incident, which generated log # 20-01578 (Board Review 07).","id":201910975,"url":"https://www.50-a.org/complaint/201910975"}
