Detective Robert Mirfield, Detective Robert Sullivan, Detective Ralph Stallone, Detective Chistophe Chiaromonte, Detectective Francisco Allende, Detective Anthony Rivelli, Detective Brian Becker, Detective Theodore Peters and PO Lukasz Kusibab of the Emergency Services Unit (ESU) broke down the front door and entered the residence with their guns drawn (Allegation A: Abuse of Authority, exonerated). The ESU officers told [redacted] to, \"Get the fuck down,\" \"Get the fuck on your knees\", \"Get the fuck back\", \"Get on the fucking floor,\" \"Get the fuck on the ground,\" and told [redacted] to, \"Shut the fuck up,\" or statements similar in nature (Allegations B and C: Discourtesy, exonerated).
