He pat-down [redacted] (Allegation D – Abuse of Authority: Frisk: [redacted]) and [redacted] were escorted to the back of their vehicle. PO Hernandez then searched the front seats, back seats, and glove compartment of [redacted]'s car (Allegation E – Abuse of Authority: Vehicle search: [redacted]). PO Hernandez allegedly broke open the glove compartment with his flashlight in order to search it (Allegation F – Abuse of Authority: Property damage: [redacted]).\n\nSergeant Hui opened [redacted]'s trunk and searched it (Allegation G – Abuse of Authority: Vehicle search: [redacted]). Nothing was recovered from inside of [redacted]'s car and Sergeant Hui told [redacted] that he was free to go and [redacted] and [redacted] left the scene. They were not issued any summonses.
