Police Officers Jovanny Lopez, Edgar Zayas, Rhona Hall, and Adrian Wynne, all assigned to the 52nd Precinct, arrived and instructed [redacted] and her friends to leave. After [redacted] and her friends did not comply, PO Hall forcibly took [redacted] to the ground (Allegation A: Force, [redacted]). The officers arrested [redacted] and transported her to the 52nd Precinct stationhouse.
