PO Rizzo, PO [redacted] and PO [redacted] allegedly approached Mr. [redacted] with their guns pointed (Allegations D, E, and F: Force – Gun pointed, unsubstantiated). Officers instructed Mr. [redacted] to step out of the vehicle multiple times and he initially refused.
