Sgt. Mansour questioned [redacted] and PO Karimzada questioned [redacted] (Allegations C and D - Abuse of Authority - [redacted]). Sgt. Mansour spoke discourteously to [redacted] (Allegation E - Discourtesy - [redacted]). PO Karimzada allegedly slammed [redacted] against a vehicle and punched him multiple times (Allegations F and G - Force [redacted]). Sgt. Mansour frisked and searched [redacted] and PO Karimzada searched [redacted] and [redacted] (Allegations H to K - Abuse of Authority - [redacted]). Sgt. Mansour and PO Karimzada searched [redacted]'s vehicle (Allegations L and M - Abuse of Authority - [redacted]). Sgt. Mansour allegedly interfered with [redacted]'s cell phone recording (Allegation N - Abuse of Authority - [redacted]). [redacted] and [redacted] were arrested and transported to the 83rd Precinct stationhouse.\n\n[redacted] and [redacted] then drove to the 83rd Precinct stationhouse. [redacted] requested Police Officer Abiola Errico, of the 83rd precinct, to make a complaint against Sgt. Mansour and PO Karimzada.
