PO Moye and [redacted] were joined by [redacted] another [redacted] security guard, as they wheeled [redacted] outside [redacted]. There PO Moye, [redacted] and [redacted] lifted [redacted] out of the wheelchair and allegedly dropped him to the ground, and PO Moye allegedly slammed [redacted]'s head into concrete (Allegation B: Force - [redacted]).\n\nMultiple officers from the 6th Precinct, including SGT Joseph Algerio, responded to 911 calls made by [redacted] and by hospital security. [redacted] asked for PO Moye's shield number and name, but PO Moye did not provide them to [redacted] (Allegation C: Abuse of Authority – [redacted]) (Allegation D: Abuse of Authority - [redacted]). SGT Algerio told [redacted] that he was trespassing, and that if he did not leave the grounds of [redacted], he would be arrested (Allegation E: Abuse of Authority - [redacted]).
