PO Rosario was also working a paid detail at the casino. While bringing [redacted] to the ground, Sgt. Senat briefly placed his hand over [redacted] nose and mouth, restricting [redacted] breathing, and briefly wrapped his arms around [redacted] neck, placing [redacted] in a chokehold (Allegations C-D: Force, [redacted]).
