PO Brennan instructed [redacted] to go back to the vehicle and to open the trunk. On his way back to the vehicle, [redacted] pulled out his cellphone to take a photo of PO Brennan and PO Lopez, but PO Brennan and PO Lopez allegedly attempted to stop [redacted] by pushing him towards his vehicle as they said, \"Get in the car. Get in the car.\" [redacted] told the officers that he wanted their names, which neither officer provided or allowed him to photograph.
