PO Ramirez placed [redacted] in handcuffs. Sgt. Hui allegedly searched [redacted] (Allegation E: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]). One of the individuals who had been with [redacted] approached. PO Ramirez stopped the individual and frisked him (Allegations F and G: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]). PO Ramirez did not provide the individual with a Right to Know Act businesses card (Allegation H: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]). Sgt. Hui made the determination to remove [redacted] to the 73rd Precinct stationhouse because he was a minor. At the 73rd Stationhouse PO Ramirez prepared a juvenile report.
