Julia Griffin of the 83rd Precinct (Allegations A, B, and C: Abuse of Authority, substantiated). As they approached Mr. R [redacted] PO S [redacted] and PO J [redacted] pointed their firearms at Mr. R [redacted] (Allegations D and E: Force, exonerated). As Sgt. Griffin handcuffed Mr. R [redacted] she said, \"Don't you fucking move\" (Allegation F – Discourtesy, substantiated). Additional officers arrived at the location including PO M [redacted] of the 83rd Precinct. PO S [redacted] Sgt. Griffin, and PO M [redacted] all frisked D R [redacted] before Sgt. Griffin and PO M [redacted] searched him. (Allegation G – K: Abuse of authority, substantiated).
