PO Hamosfakidis placed handcuffs on [redacted] and said, \"Fucking pussy.” (Allegation F: Discourtesy - Word, [redacted]) (Allegation G: Offensive Language - Gender, [redacted]). [redacted] called out from her window for the officer's shield numbers, and PO Hamosfakidis replied, “Shut the fuck up\" (Allegation H: Discourtesy - Word, [redacted]) (Allegation I: Abuse of Authority: Refusal to provide shield number, [redacted]). [redacted] asked for shield numbers a second time, and PO Ritter replied to her, “Come down here and we'll tell you.\" (Allegation J: Abuse of Authority: Refusal to provide shield number, [redacted]).\n\nAdditional officers from the 33rd Precinct arrive on scene, including PO Quincy Jones, Sgt. Craig Dailey, Lieutenant Freddy Chalen, PO Paul Rodriguez, and Sgt. Bogdan Tabor. While [redacted] is on the ground in handcuffs, PO Hamosfakidis uses multiple additional profanities, including the lines, “You ate shit on that fucking car, didn't you, huh?
