PO Donnellan pointed his gun at [redacted] (Allegation E: Force, [redacted]). PO Donnellan simultaneously told him, \"Let me see your fucking hands\" (Allegation F: Discourtesy, [redacted]) then briefly moved out of view before returning holding a backpack, at which point PO Bucholz pointed his Taser at [redacted] (Allegation G: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]).
