Numerous officers from the 79th Precinct, including Deputy Inspector Timothy Skretch, Police Officer Thomas Bay and Police Officer Mohamed Elhanafi, gathered in front of the stationhouse. Inspector Caban of Patrol Borough Brooklyn North was also present. At approximately 11:36 p.m., the officers dispersed the protesters from the intersection. In doing so, they allegedly used physical force against several individuals while doing so, including striking them with batons (Allegations A and B: Force Nightstick as club, [redacted]) and pushing them (Allegations C, D and E: Force – Physical force, [redacted]). An officer also allegedly told [redacted] \"Get the fuck out of here\" (Allegation F: Discourtesy – Word, [redacted]). Police Officer Elhanafi then allegedly pushed [redacted] to the ground (Allegation I: Force – Physical force, [redacted]). Police Officer Elhanafi and several other officers then forced [redacted] to the ground (Allegations J and K: Force – Physical force, [redacted]).\n\nAn officer allegedly threatened to strike [redacted] with a baton (Allegation L: Abuse of Authority - Threat of force, [redacted]). Police Officer Thomas Bay then punched [redacted] in the face (Allegation M: Force – Physical force, [redacted]).
