PO Mendez used his baton to hit [redacted] once on the left side of her body (Allegation B: Abuse of Authority; [redacted]). In doing so, PO Mendez allegedly interfered with [redacted] recording the arrest on her cell phone (Allegation C: Abuse of Authority; [redacted]) and PO Mendez then proceeded to walk away from each other.
