[redacted] exited the vehicle and PO Gomez frisked him (Allegation D: Abuse of Authority - [redacted]). [redacted] exited the vehicle and both she and [redacted] stood at the rear of the vehicle with PO Germosen. PO Gomez searched the vehicle (Allegation E: Abuse of Authority - [redacted]). PO Gomez recovered a knife and marijuana. PO Kelsey Mahne of the 76th Precinct arrived on scene and searched the vehicle (Allegation F: Abuse of Authority - [redacted]). [redacted] was placed in handcuffs and placed in PO Gomez's and PO Germosen's patrol vehicle. In the patrol vehicle PO Germosen told [redacted] that if he was not quiet, he would be arrested (Allegation G: Abuse of Authority [redacted]). At the 76th Precinct stationhouse, PO Germosen told [redacted] \"You make a fucking phone call in there,\" (Allegation H: Discourtesy - [redacted]).
