Chancellor Bishop, Det. Delano Skinner, PO Delio Fernandez, PO Ricardo Martinez, PO Denis Gamez, PO Jared Desalvo, PO Dennis Wu, Sgt. Robert Bellantonio, and PO Brendan Denny of the 67 PCT also responded. Capt.
