An officer allegedly said, \"Get the fuck against the wall\" and bumped into [redacted] with his chest. This officer allegedly said he would \"fuck [redacted] up\". (Allegation A, B, and C: Discourtesy, Force, Abuse of Authority, [redacted])\n\nOn June 4, 2020, at approximately 10 p.m., in the vicinity of [redacted] in Brooklyn, [redacted] saw an officer he recognized from the previous incident who the investigation determined to be PO Mark Indiviglio of PSA 3. [redacted] asked PO Indivilglio for his name and shield number. PO Indiviglio said his name very quickly and flashed his shield at [redacted] which [redacted] could not see since it was nighttime.
