PO Jonathan Dones, PO Richard Accardi, PO James Shouldis, and PO Kachun Cheung of the 6th Precinct approached [redacted] and [redacted]. PO Dones told [redacted] to get the fuck back (Allegation A: Discourtesy, [redacted]) (Allegation B: Discourtesy, [redacted]). PO Dones slapped [redacted]'s hand (Allegation C: Force, [redacted]). Officers informed [redacted] he was under arrest. PO Cheung, PO Dones, and PO Shouldis pulled [redacted] to the ground (Allegations D-F: Force, [redacted]). Multiple officers drew their nightsticks, and at least one officer struck [redacted] in the head with their nightstick (Allegation G: Force, [redacted]). An officer struck [redacted] once on the legs and once on the body with a nightstick (Allegation H: Force, [redacted], Allegation I: Force, [redacted]).\n\nPO Dones then assisted Deputy Inspector Robert Ohare of the 6th Precinct, with the arrest of [redacted]. Deputy Inspector Ohare pushed [redacted] against a nearby (Allegation J: Force, [redacted]). After [redacted] and [redacted] had been handcuffed, PO Accardi guarded [redacted] during which time PO Accardi stated, \"Cut the shit\" (Allegation K: Discourtesy, [redacted]). While [redacted] was in a police vehicle on scene, Deputy Inspector Ohare called [redacted] \"stupid\" (Allegation L: Discourtesy, [redacted]).\n\nDuring transport to the 6th Precinct stationhouse, PO Danielle Ambrecht told [redacted] \"Shut the fuck up\" (Allegation M: Discourtesy, [redacted]). Inside the 6th Precinct stationhouse, [redacted] did not receive medical attention when requested (Allegation N: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]).
