Police Officer Ali Alomaisi and Police Officer Jarred Anton, both of the 63rd Precinct, responded to the scene. [redacted] was transported to the 63rd Precinct stationhouse, where she requested a phone call. PO Alomaisi gave [redacted] her cell phone but ultimately took [redacted] phone out of her hand and allegedly browsed through the phone himself looking for the phone number [redacted] requested (Allegation C: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]).
