Directly in front of the Barclays Center on Keegan Drive, at the intersection of Keegan Drive and Atlantic Avenue, and at the intersection of Keegan Drive and Flatbush Avenue, Chief of Department Terence Monahan authorized the use of pepper spray and physical force (Allegations B - D: Force, [redacted]). Directly in front of the Barclays Center on Keegan Drive, unidentified officers also allegedly pushed medical barricades into protestors (Allegation E: Force, [redacted]).
