Deputy Inspector Kenneth Gorman from Transit District 01 instructed officers to arrest her. PO Maria Chau, PO Kelvin Nunez, PO Akmannur Hossain from Transit Bureau 1, Lt. Anthony Blanco from Office of Management Analysis and Planning, and Det.
