PO Antwi then took [redacted] to the ground and arrested him (Allegation A: Force, [redacted]).\n\n[redacted] saw PO Antwi doing this and repeatedly asked him why he was arresting [redacted]. PO Antwi allegedly told [redacted] to, \"Shut the fuck up\" (Allegation B: Discourtesy, [redacted]).\n\nPO Antwi then searched [redacted] (Allegation C: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]).\n\nAfter [redacted] was handcuffed. Sgt. William Mansour of the 83rd Precinct arrived to verify the arrest. PO Antwi allegedly told Sgt. Mansour that [redacted] had ingested narcotics. PO Antwi, PO Seaton, and PO Varella then transported [redacted] to the 83rd Precinct stationhouse (Allegations D and E: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]).\n\nPrior to transporting [redacted] while standing a few feet away from him, PO Antwi stated, \"He ate some of it, the piece of shit ate some of it,\" in reference to [redacted] ingesting narcotics (Allegation F: Discourtesy, [redacted]).
