Additional officers from the 63rd Precinct responded and witnessed the incident, including PO Ali Alomaisi, PO Ardit Ymeri, PO Victor Depaz, PO Thomas Matera, Lieutenant. Darren Rock, and PO Paul Dopyera.\n\nOfficers from the 67th Precinct also responded, including PO Hugo Gutierrez, PO Nicholas Harripersad, PO Larry Feng, PO Vladimir Pena, PO Dennis Wu, PO Ronel Ruiz, PO Steven Tejeda, PO Brian Williams, PO Christian Perez, and PO Dennis Diaz.
