[redacted] then asked PO Pace and PO Migdal, also of the 72nd Precinct, for their names and they did not respond (Allegation B: Abuse of Authority – Refusal to provide name, [redacted]). PO Roller, also of the 72nd Precinct, was also on scene and asked [redacted] for his ID in order to issue him a summons. PO Roller said to [redacted], \"If you don't provide your ID, you will be taken down to the precinct in order to verify your identity\" (Allegation C: Abuse of Authority – Threat of arrest, [redacted]). Additional officers from the 72nd Precinct responded to the scene, including PO Hernandezcarpio, PO Lagrutta, PO Mcintosh, and Sgt. Mui. [redacted] eventually provided his ID and PO Roller issued him two summonses, [redacted] and [redacted] for leaving his vehicle running while unattended and another for double parking.
