When they arrived, [redacted] was partially clothed and stood in the middle of Queens Boulevard. PO Bentz and PO Islam approached, and PO Bentz told [redacted] to get on the ground. PO Bentz then deployed his Taser against [redacted] (Allegation A: Force, [redacted]). After [redacted] fell to the ground, PO Bentz handcuffed him and led him to the sidewalk. EMS was called and as officers escorted [redacted] to the ambulance, he fell or moved onto the sidewalk.
