Manney, and PO Anthony Bomparola of the 79th Precinct did not provide their information (Allegations C, D, E and F: Abuse of Authority - [redacted]). All the officers then exited her apartment.\n\nApproximately 45 minutes later, a second set of officers entered and searched [redacted] (Allegations H and I: Abuse of Authority - [redacted]). While entering the apartment, an officer kicked [redacted] left leg (Allegation J: Force – [redacted]). The officers spoke with [redacted] and then exited the apartment. Sgt. Manney did not provide a business card at the conclusion of either the first or second search (Allegation K: Abuse of Authority - [redacted]).
