[redacted] provided identification during the vehicle stop, which yielded positive results for an open warrant. PO Barrett ordered [redacted] to exit the vehicle, and he complied before suddenly re-entering the front driver's side door. PO Barrett pulled [redacted] from the driver's side as Sgt. River tased [redacted] from the passenger's side (Allegations D, E: Force, within NYPD guidelines). PO Barrett used multiple hand strikes in his efforts to remove [redacted] from the driver's seat, and Sgt. Rivera entered the Volkswagen from the passenger's side, headbutted [redacted] and struck him with the butt of his taser, as well as tasing him for a second time in drive stun mode (Allegations H-J, L: Force, within NYPD guidelines).
