[redacted] spoke to PO Matthew Sichel of the 25th Precinct at the front stationhouse desk. PO Sichel provided [redacted] with the phone number for IAB and at no point offered to take [redacted] complaint at the stationhouse (Allegation C: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]).
