Welsome knocked on the door and [redacted] opened it. Det. Welsome showed [redacted] a warrant for an individual named [redacted] and then entered, followed by Det. Mcaleer allegedly entered immediately after (Allegation C: Abuse of Authority [redacted] and Allegation D: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]). [redacted] allegedly asked all the officers for their names and shield numbers and only Det. Welsome provided this information (Allegations E-H: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]). (Allegations I and J: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]). Det. Welsome proceeded further into the apartment and searched [redacted]'s bedroom (Allegation K: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]). Det. Welsome told [redacted] she had an ICARD, and she agreed to go with the officers to the stationhouse.
